What is Runna?

Runna is a premium local delivery layer for Aspen restaurants, customers, and drivers. It combines customer ordering, restaurant workflow, driver operations, and Mission Control support.

Where does Runna operate?

Runna is launching with an Aspen-first service footprint. Service coverage can be limited by geography, hours, staffing, weather, and operational constraints.

How do restaurants use it?

Restaurants use a web-based kitchen board to receive paid orders, accept or reject them, prepare them, and mark them ready for pickup.

How do drivers use it?

Drivers use a native iPhone app for login, assignment handling, live route context, notifications, and maps handoff.

How do customers pay?

Customers pay through Stripe-hosted checkout. Runna receives the payment-status information needed to operate the service, but does not store raw card numbers on its own servers.

How does the money work?

At launch, the restaurant keeps the food sale, covers the 2.9% card-processing contribution plus Stripe transaction costs, the customer tip is split 80% to the driver and 20% to Runna staff and support operations, and Runna retains the delivery fee.
